The are two types of application that help managing the job counts. First one, is a configurable dashboard, that is part of the standard DexFLOW Console application. User can see his own jobs and job counts by project/node, configure the grouping parameters, etc. Second application is meant for managers who need to review job counts for their subordinates as well as see statistical information. This application allows manager to setup different profiles for watching different nodes, individual users or groups of users. The application also allows to customize color-coding, for example when number of items in the user's queue reaches certain threshold. DexFLOW Statistics application allows manager to review the workflow statistics like number of incoming or outgoing parcels.
Does DexFLOW have an ability to scan, import, or view colored documents?
Yes, DexFLOW supports B&W, color and grayscale document. This includes all the operations throughout the workflow like Barcode, OCR/ICR, Full Text Search, Image Enhancement and other. DexFLOW can store color images is TIFF, PNG, JPG, DjVu or PDF files, depending on customer configuration. Since DexFLOW doesn't change the physical pages, choosing the lossy format will not degrade initial image quality after scan.

DexFLOW Audit Trail allows setting up multiple filters to make sure to excessive information is captured. Customer is fully capable to change those filters without any assistance from Dexik Services as all setup is GUI-based. In addition to that Client API allows capturing "custom" audit information.
What statistics and tracking system does DexFLOW include?
DexFLOW gathers all the statistical information related to parcels, documents, pages, folders and other objects in the system. The statistics system can always be complemented with the Audit, and it makes it really easy building the customized reports for the clients.
Are there any difference between archive and active workflow storage in DexFLOW?
The archive storage provides all the same search, retrieval and modification capabilities, like workflow storage does. The only limitation is that archive documents cannot be routed, these have to be returned to workflow first. Depending on the business case, the due dates can either be set and calculated automatically or setup manually. One of the most common cases when due date is assigned by Document Type. In this case, Due Dates can be defined for each document type and when user or automatic process assigns document type - the Due Date will be assigned automatically. DexFLOW stores scanned images as TIFF, PNG/JPEG, DjVu based on color and content management setting. While JPEG saves space and DjVu does it even better, PNG is a lossless format. Since pages are not physically "edited" in the Content Management, the difference between the formats is minimal. DexFLOW supports storing different file types "as is" or "native format". This means documents like MS Office, AVI, MP3 WAV, CAD, PDF, PCL, ZIP can be stored in Content Management without any modification.
