The Dexik Automation Platform combines scalable task processing, configurable workflow, content management, and system integration. Its layered architecture supports focused processing products, streamlined workflow applications, and full-scale solutions for complex industry operations.
Platform architecture
Dexik is organized as layers that build on one another — from distributed processing at the foundation, through the DexFLOW workflow and content‑management solution, up to focused products and full‑scale industry solutions. AI assistants are an optional, workflow‑integrated capability rather than the foundation.
Case Management · Loan Management · Electronic Debt Collection — built primarily on DexFLOW
Document Conversion · Email Capture · Remote Scanning · Publishing / Redaction — using only the capabilities they require
Business rules, workflows, documents, forms, permissions, audit, and integrations
Distributed task queuing, processing, and service coordination — DexCloud, or newer implementations using RabbitMQ with MassTransit or Wolverine
Processing and messaging foundation
The foundation provides distributed task queuing, processing, and service coordination. This is delivered by DexCloud, or by newer implementations using RabbitMQ with MassTransit or Wolverine, giving each deployment scalable execution and flexible message‑driven coordination.
DexFLOW — workflow and content management
DexFLOW is the BPM, workflow, and content‑management solution built on the processing and messaging foundation. It manages business rules, workflows, documents, forms, permissions, audit, integrations, and operational interfaces.
Focused products
Focused products are purpose‑specific and use only the platform capabilities they require. Document Conversion can use the processing layer directly, while Email Capture, Remote Scanning, and Publishing / Redaction package selected DexFLOW capabilities.
Industry solutions
Full‑scale vertical solutions are built primarily on DexFLOW and related platform services. See Industry Solutions for Case Management, Loan Management, and Electronic Debt Collection Management.
AI assistants
AI assistance is an optional capability integrated with workflows — never the foundation. Approved data, tools, permissions, workflow steps, and human review govern what an assistant may do, with usage metering and cost discipline. Learn more on the AI Assistants page.
